Shipping Information

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Processing includes checking, packing and dropping the package off at a local shipping carrier. If your order is placed outside of normal business hours, it will be processed the following business day.

Orders are not shipped on holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

We offer a standard delivery option for most orders between $7.99 - $10.99. Delivery estimates will be provided at the time of checkout.

Order Confirmation and Tracking:

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, including your tracking number. The tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Carriers:

We use reputable carriers (USPS/UPS) for our shipping needs, and the choice of carrier is based on the destination and the shipping method selected.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages:

'SweetSmith Workshop' is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. 'SweetSmith Workshop' is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST :

We accept 12 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, type or shipping address information.
